Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with AinasBoutique! We want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times below begin from the date your order is dispatched (after processing).

Please note: these are estimated delivery windows, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, high-demand periods (holidays), or circumstances outside our control such as weather events or carrier disruptions.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a qualifying minimum — this will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.


Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or through our store. Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with the latest information.


Customs, duties & taxes

AinasBoutique ships internationally and some orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary widely by country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential import charges.


Wrong address & undeliverable packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before completing your purchase. AinasBoutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at the email below and we will investigate on your behalf. In cases of confirmed lost shipments, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.


Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
